it's resistance band that you have a belt that goes around your waist that has 2 bands that hook to your feet and you do leg and butt exercise and the band's put resistance to make it harder so you build up butt muscle. I bought it after googling and watched everyday girls using it, it got good reveiws. hope it works for me
