Hip dips🤔
Thought it was impossible but I have found the solution to hip dips (nothing wrong with hip dips I just didn't fancy them on me.) Just one week and Im getting results. So in the mist of me running up and down the stairs... I thought to myself 🤔🤔🤔🤔 what if I isolate my ass muscle while going up, (tighten) and oh my god it worked I went from 🎻to 🍑😂
