Jealousy!!

my boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year now. Before we started dating he had this thing for a girl but she didn’t ever like him like that and kinda played him. What got me mad was that while we were barely talking/flirting way back before we started dating, he was also talking to her and even wanted to take her to the movies on a date. I feel like I was the second choice here. Especially because he told me “as soon as I got played by so and so I gave up and focused on you.”

We have been together for a long time now obviously and I know he loves me and would never leave me or anything but I can’t help but feel jealous and mad over the girls he used to like. Especially in this case.
