uti or yeast infection

Can a uti or yeast infection be harmful to the baby? I called my doc today and left a message stating I thought I had an infection and needed to be checked before I left town today and they never returned my call. I would have called them again but I was making sure I was all caught up at work before leaving town and lost track of time. So now there is nothing I can do until Monday. I’m no where near home.
