Blood?!

I’m 14 weeks pregnant, FTM. When my SO and I were having sex last night, everything seemed fine until after when I went pee and there was a little tiny bit of pink blood on the tp. Didn’t worry about it, but at the end of the night getting undressed and changing I noticed there was also another little bit of blood on my underwear; a little weirder but nothing terrible. Well fast forward to today, and all day when going to the bathroom there has been NO blood at all, but changing tonight there was another tiny bit of blood on my underwear (less than last night significantly). Calling the doctor tomorrow just wanted to see if you guys thought we should call the hospital tonight or if it seems okay. There has been no pain whatsoever these last couple days or while we were having sex. Nothing at all feels different than the last weeks. Maybe over stressing, but I’m freaking out a bit.
