so I am 14 weeks pregnant. I never was able to do my first trimester screen (ultrasound and blood tests) because I am high risk and my high risk drs office canceled twice on me. The first time because their lab wasnt going to be opened so they rescheduled me, Then called and had to reschedule that appt because it was going to snow. I have an ultrasound from 6 weeks where my baby looks like a pebble. I was told I can't have an ultra sound until 20 weeks!! I was devastated. They refused to give me one. I wanted to switch my doctor. After my boyfriend called them they finally put him on the phone with the dr and she tried to tell him I couldn't have one done until 20 weeks but he told her we will go to someone else who will do it so now they scheduled me to have one in 2 weeks. It was the drs office fault they continued to reschedule me until I was out of the 1st trimester. I deserve to see my baby. This is my first pregnancy and next time I get pregnant I will make sure I see different doctor that's for sure.
