Constipation Remedies? ACV Safe?
I think the iron in my prenatal is making me constipated. I will be changing supplements but I could really use some relief now. Does anyone know if apple cider vinegar is safe during pregnancy? Diluted in water of course.
Did any other remedies work for you to ease pregnancy related constipation?
