Retrograde ejaculation cause nerve damage

Me an my wife are trying to conceive. I’ve had retrograde ejaculation my entire life. Cause by a survey I had when I was a baby. We’ve tried a couple times with sudafed but hard to tell if anything actually comes out...... I was just wondering if anybody has experienced this with there partner. If so what did you guys do as a solution to the problem. I’ve seen a urologist a couple years ago that told me I could go in to the office An he can retrieve this from me an insert it into my wife. We would like to try some home reminders before we choose this route. Thanks again.
