Tampons, cups or pads?

I used tampons most of my life, unfortunately I noticed that I’m very dry after using them and throughout my whole cycle. I swapped to pads recently. I’ve never tried cups somehow find it really disgusting to have the blood in the cup inside me idk. What are pros and cons of all 3 options? Best brands recommendations welcomed. Best pads, cups, tampons?

the biggest cons of tampons are how dangerous they are. not only do they absorb mensural blood, they also suck up your vaginas natural fluid, leaving you dry like you said. not good. there’s also a whole other long list of reasons why tampons are bad, but I wanna keep this short.
pads can be better, but most unless they’re organic have chemicals on them, and some can cause rashes for some, myself included. reusable (cloth) pads are better, for your body, your wallet, and the environment!
cups, while it may gross you out a bit, are a really good option. think about tampons, it’s literally a wad of chemical soaked cotton that can literally kill you if you wear it for too long. a mensural cup is made with body safe silicone and can be worn for up to twelve hours, and has little to no risk of TSS, unlike tampons.
besides these three options, there’s also soft cups (disposable mensural cups), sea sponges (literally medical grade sea sponges like used in surgeries!), and period underwear.
