preg symptoms and flu

long story short, I got my period was much different and lighter but was a period. had ultrasound scan last Thursday to check for polycystic ovaries and nurse says everything is ok. she then said I need to make a Dr appointment for some reason so I have this on Monday coming. for the past 2 weeks I have had sore breasts, extra stretch marks, 3 nose bleeds, headaches, aches and pains all over my body and now I am full of flu that just won't seen to leave. any possibility of pregnancy ?
