Two sharing a nursery?

I'm going to be a mom to 2 under 2, and plan on having them share the nursery. My first didn't sleep in our room for very long. I'm wondering if other moms have advice about LOs sharing a nursery. When did you move the baby? Did you buy two cribs or wait till the first was in a toddler bed (the one we have now is convertible anyway)? Did they wake each other in the night?

I've done this before I kept the youngest in my room till he slept through the night then moved them together after that. It wasn't bad for us.

I have 2u2. I bought a second crib. Found a used one. I haven’t completely moved him yet. We’re working on it. He’s been in a rock and play. He’s 4 months next week.

I’m going to have two under two and plan to use my office as a transition for the baby until it sleeps through the night, after room sharing with me for at least six months. My son currently sleeps through and I don’t want an infant waking him up. Plus my office won’t be used until I’m done with maternity leave.
