Pregnancy scare opinion

I was on birth control for 1 month and stopped because i wasn’t remembering to take them regularity and decided it wasn’t the right form of bc to me. I got my period while on my birth control but I’m reaching my period in this next cycle and I’m late by a couple of days I’ve been feeling kinda off and I’ve been breaking out like crazy and bloating could it be the stop of birth control effecting my cycle or could I be pregnant opinions? (Bf and I have unprotected s**)
