Worried anyone else been through this ??

So I stopped the pill after 19 years .. it took me three months to get a period, then I had three regular periods however this month no period just very light spotting and tests saying negative . Really emotional and fed up . Any feedback would be appreciated

you have spent 15 years in chemically induced menopause. it will take time and help to repair your endometriam so you can conceive. start taking a prenatal if you dont already, and look for royal jelly to take daily, and evening primrose oil to take from CD 1 till ovulation (start tracking ovulation too)
