would you ground your child from their cell phone if they wouldn't pick up multiple times while out or home alone

my sister actually did this. she would never pick up my mother's phone calls or mine when she was out but she'd always answer her friends' phonecalls. my mother pays for her phone. my mom calls me because she's upset and frustrated so my sis and I had a chat. this happened two more times and I told her if it happened once more, I'm cutting off her phone. well, I don't think she believed me because it happened again. so I went online and suspended her line (I'm an authorized user on my mom's account). she called me from my bother's phone freaking out that her phone didn't work anymore and I reminded her about what I told her. since then, she's picked up our phone calls and if she happens to miss a call, she'll return the call in a timely manner (she used to never pick up or return our calls)
  during our last conversation. since then she's picked up every phone call and if she misses a call, she returns the missed call very quickly.

Answer

Lol if my child didn't answer my call or did t try and call me back in a timely manner, she would end up with an old flip phone that has a tracker in it and only a few numbers she could actually call using that phone, like hunny welcome to my childhood let's see how much you like it
