Someone please have some answers

Hi everyone. My period was due on Tuesday and I got very light spotting so thought it was the start. Wednesday I got some too but hardly anything to mention. Now it's stopped! I had my miscarriage on the 2nd of November and my first period arrived six weeks after. I thought my periods would be regular after that. I have taken a pregnancy test but it's negative. I just don't know what's going on. Advise please
