WORRIED!! Bleeding .... PLEASE READ!!

I had my first check up today at 5 weeks and 1 Day .. They Did a Pap and Whatever else goes on down there your first check up.. I had a vaginal ultrasound done as well, they were looking for a heartbeat and didn't find anything .. that worried me a bit but I got blood drawn and went on my way.. I had a bit of cramping after.. came home and this evening I had a bowel movement and red blood with like four tiny clots were on the toilet paper when I wiped ( yes I'm sure it was vaginal blood) .. the only other time I had this was Tuesday when i had intercourse with my boyfriend but when it happened then, there weren't any clots just blood.. I had a miscarriage in May so I'm definitely going out of my mind worried.. should I be? Has anyone else experienced this? Please give me answers/ opinions ..
