Question about my boyfriend plus sex

My boyfriend and I have been dating close to 2 year now and we do have sex. We have been having sex since we first started dating about a couple of weeks in, but since we are getting serious I'm starting to regret taking his virginity so soon into the relationship. It makes me sad. I have talk to him about it before but he informs me that it's okay, but I can't help but regret it. Another thing , since we did start having sex before we were in love does that mean he finds sex not special or maybe like something we just do bc it's expected ? Idk. Help please!!
