Premonition or mind games?

So for the past two days now all I could and or think about is my boyfriend getting hurt bad or getting arrested.. I see it in my dreams I smell an ICU ward on his clothes and as we were driving home from work I seen him actually getting arrested!! I told myself not to worry and just do not stay home if he goes out tonight without me.. However he is going out to help our friend with some work things and I am to stay home with our friends wife for a bit.. I am worried something bad will happen.. Im just hoping its all in my head.. Anyone else ever have these feelings? Is it a premonition or just in my head..? I should note my boyfriend and mine bound has gotten very close after our miscarriage back in April of last year
