This guy

So i have liked this guy for around 3+ years but every time I do he has a girl friend, right now he does and we’ve been talking and getting close he didn’t talk to his girlfriend that much and he even admits he talks to me more but I don’t know whether to keep the love going or move on he can be playing around with me but then girls go up to him and he’s a very nice guy and very attractive girls will always go up to him and he would be nice to them but I don’t know what to do anymore advice ?
