I feel like a failure.

I had my daughter prematurely at 36 weeks and had to have it stopped at 32&34 weeks.

This baby I took preventative premature labor shots weekly to ensure he would not follow the same, but due to high amniotic fluid and being hospitalized for back contractions the other night (34 weeks, 4 days) which have since stopped, I can see they might not be working correctly. The midwives and nurses and even the doctor does not believe I’ll make it past 36 weeks realistically. Especially because the medication they give to stop the contractions never worked on me this time around. The only reason they stopped at all is because I was given fluids & he didn’t dilate me further, only thinned me out.

I can’t tell if it’s hormones or not but I’m genuinely feeling like a failure, like my body CANT keep babies in past 36 weeks.. 😞
