Yesterday i tested positive at my doctors VVFL seen it with own eyes and i just woke up not even 20mins ago (3:21am) and took and clear blue digital and got “not pregnant” what does this mean ?? I’m already 6 days missed on period and just got my VVFL yesterday .

Digital tests don’t pick up the hormone as easily as other tests. You might just not be further enough pregnant to show on a digital. Give it another week or two. If you want more reassurance use pink dye.
