Went to ER

I went to the ER lastnight expecting to see my baby at 7 weeks ( the app told me i should be 7 weeks) but when i went there was no heartbeat nor baby .. just the sac. My heart crumpled 😞 They told me to go back 48 hours to check my Hormone level to see if they will rise .. I pray to God they do.. All I’m asking for is prayers please 💛 they told me it might just be too early to see anything or that I’m having a miscarriage but i haven’t bleed any. I’m just hoping my baby will pop up on the screen 💛 prayers please 💛🌈 This is my rainbow baby 💜
