possible miscarriage?

woke up spotting this morning, roughly around 4-5 weeks. is this normal? Or does it look like the starting of a miscarriage?  experiencing some cramping but mainly in my lower back. (has anyone experienced this? )

I’m not saying yes or no, I started bleeding like that with lower cramping on Nov 15 went to the doctor and by the 18th it was an indeed a miscarriage. 
I’ve heard early pregnancy can have bleeding and everything be just fine. On the 15th when I went in they also mentioned that sex can cause some bleeding. Good luck, hope everything thing is ok.

Doctor can’t do anything at this stage. If it is a miscarriage it will happen naturally and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it. Get plenty of rest and if the bleeding gets so heavy you fill a pad in an hour go to hospital

Yes I have experienced this and the most I remember about my miscarriage was the lower back pain😒

It could go either way at this point. Bleeding in early pregnancy could mean nothing or it could mean a miscarriage. Go see your doctor and get checked out just to be safe and to provide yourself peace of mind. I hope everything is well.
