Implantation or period?

I haven't had a period since June 2017 and dr put me on provera to start and she never came. It's been 8 days since the last pill and I've had no symptoms of af. We've had sex multiple times since before I started taking provera so? Maybe implantation or period starting? My period usually doesn't look like this. It's usually really brown and then gets red. I don't usually have discharge with it?
