Why can women have legal days off of whatever

We should be entitled to rest during our periods it’s not fair. Our pain is critical

If you get very bad cramps then you can take sick leave. My periods are very manageable so I have no reason to get special leave. It's unfair that then some women would get this extra leave andnothers don't. There are also many people who have illnesses/ disorders that they can't help but they don't get special leave for that. They just grin and bear it.

If your pain is bad enough that you want to stay home, you have medical issues. Use your sick days!

A lot of people don’t have a severe time of the month - in fact, that’s a sign of a problem. I like the idea of a little rest and maybe a slightly easier workload, but for most that should be sufficient.

Because not everyone has pains during period and some people have a whole week of period.. I think that would be a waste of time.

This would give companies a reason not to hire women. If we want equality, we can’t request special period leave for an entire gender. It’ll give men another reason to think we are the ‘weaker sex’.
