Implantation bleeding??

Okay so my last period was November 3. My husband and I had sexual when my cervical mucus was most fertile and I was ovulating. Is it too soon to know or what? I’m very new at all of this. My periods are irregular so it’s nothing unusual for me however, for the passed two days I’ve noticed very faint pink discharge when I wipe...I’ve never had this before. Little cramps here and there, but needed some input...?
