what is going on??

I'm 5 months pp got my period back at 9 weeks pp and have had regular cycles up until this month I was supposed to start on the 7th, so now 6 days late, have taken 2 tests on Thursday and they both came back negative. When I found out I was pregnant the first time I found out 5 days before I was supposed to get a period so now being almost a week late and not knowing what is going on is is driving me crazy! should I test again? Or what is the next step!?
