My baby is officially 3 months old & I stopped breastfeeding at 2 months . I pumped exclusively but I don’t know what happened .. I still squeeze my boob sometimes to see if milk comes out and it does but do you think if I start pumping out even as less as 1 oz that with time and exclusive pumping I can regain my supply? I want to breastfeed really bad .. please mamas

Yes, I’ve looked into relactation, it’s a thing. I did read about a prescribed med that can bring your milk back, maybe call your doctor?

Absolutely. Start pumping as often as baby eats and you’ll rebuild your supply. It’s all about the demand. Using galactagogues can help speed the process: oatmeal, brewers yeast, etc

The more you stimulate the more you will produce. You can build your supply back up but it will take dedication and lots of time pumping. Every hour I would pump each side. What are you using?
