Measuring 5 weeks ahead...

This is my first pregnancy so I'm not exactly sure what everything means. At my most recent appointment (3 days ago) I was at 29w3days and my doctor measured me and I'm measuring at 34 weeks.

She has requested an ultrasound to check in, but I'm kinda nervous... does this mean my baby is too big? Is there something wrong with me (the way I'm growing)? Am I just too big? Will I need to be induced? So many questions lol... and yes I know I should ask my dr these questions but ya know, until I see her lol????
