Has anyone lost their baby in the 2nd trimester, had a D&C and hasn’t been able to conceive since?

It’s been over a year since we lost our angel and we’ve not been able to conceive. Our first happened in the 4th cycle. I’m worried something has happened since we lost our baby. 
Any insight would be great. Thanks!

I had stillbirth at 36+2 then went onto conceive 3 months or so later that baby grew to 6 weeks no hb I was let to go to 12 weeks till they did my d&c; so yes technically 2nd trimester ish. it's took me 12 months to the exact same cycle to get pregnant again. I did hear that after a d&c; it takes time for the pinning to 're build enough for a new baby to attatch again. But I was also told I was highly fertile after procedure. so I guess I dunno I'm just letting you in on what I know.
