7 weeks today,

So I’m 7 weeks today and I have a scan a week ago due to pain on my left side, the doctors found a cyst which is nothing to worry about because it look like it was going & everything is ok with my little baby❤️ does anyone know of anything that helps with sickness? I haven’t actually bin sick but I feel sick that bad that it actually makes he heave! I’ve tried to just eat little bits each time I feel sick but it gets horrible at night time😖 Or can i take anything ? X
