Bleeding

so I'm almost 12 weeks and I've been bleeding since 6 weeks. it's gotten worse to the point I have to wear a thick pad because I'm clotting. I've been to the doctor and the hospital and both times the baby has had a strong heart beat and seemed healthy. Has anybody else had this happen and everything was ok?? Update: We miscarried.
