Need advice!!

Hubby and I had sex three times in my fertile window. My periods are always regular and on time I’ve never been on birth control. My period is now 3 days late but I tested and got BFN. Two weeks ago I was feeling sick after I ate , this week I felt fine but today my boobs are extremely sore . This is killing me!! Any help??
