my best friend asked me to help her

so my I had my second miscarriage 2 weeks ago and we are now trying for hopefully a sticky bean 🌈 well my best friend called me freaking out saying she is 8 days late (she doesn't want kids) and wants me to go and buy the test for her (she pays for it) and I wait with her for the results.. I cried to my husband saying how it isn't fair but i know that I need to be there for her she is going through a lot and needs me but if I already broke down how can I stop myself from breaking down in front of her??
