Idk what happened to me

Last night I had a very ugly cough I kept coughing and coughing where I was doing to much force that my belly started hurting it’s now the next day and every time I cough my belly hurts now this has never happened to me I told my mom about it she said to tell my doctor but I won’t see him in a couple more days. But why did that happen? I don’t understand my belly hurts in a certain spot every time I cough now I hate it 35 weeks pregnant
