I want to know, in a respectful way, if you guys think this would be to much to ask or say to someone, would I sound to hard?

I want to have sex with a woman but I have rules.

1- All casual, not feelings involve.

2- We have to go the doctor first and get exams done for STI and STD.

3- It has to be in a private place, not cameras at all or other people around.

4- I want it to be in a clean space and that we both take a shower, wash our hair and brush our teeth first.

Of course I am not saying to any of you xD I just want your opinion
