Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hello all,

So I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks on December 20th. My hcg on dec 20 was 14.6 and 3 days later it was 4.3. My doctor let me know that I didn’t have to come back in unless something out of the ordinary happened.

On Dec 25, I passed a big clot and the next day bleeding was over. The doctor also told me there was no need to wait, I could try again right away.

So we’ve been trying pretty much every night since the bleeding stopped. I’m pretty sure I ovulated the week after the miscarriage but obviously I’m not 100% sure.

I have been feeling pretty tired, sore breasts, nauseous... took a test yesterday and got a Yes on a digital test.

Just want confirmation that this CAN happen. I’m calling the doctor tomorrow but I’m just so scared it could be a false positive... or that I may lose this baby too.

Anything would be helpful at this point.
