1st pregnancy

I’m 19yrs old, & around 10 weeks pregnant.. After having sex 3 days ago I had very light spotting when I cleaned myself after using the restroom.. the next day I was spotting dark brown.. I’m still spotting but today when I cleaned myself I noticed very small what seemed to be blood clots.. & again a light red/pink color spotting... should I be worried? Should I go to the hospital?
