TTC help please?

My significant other and I are TTC have been for a year naturally no opks or fertility medicines. He is 36 with one child I am 27 with an 18 month old. I've ordered OPKS and considering preseed and we have an appt to go over fertility with my Dr come Jan 31st. I have regular periods, but was wondering is clomid the most common one used? I'm also battling HPV has anyone gotten pregnant with it?
