help need advice

Hi lady's I'm having an issue and I need some help my cycle is normally 21 days short I know with the past few months with the use of progesterone cream I was able to get it to 24 days, but this month it is different. AF was due on the 12th of this month and it is still a no show but I have been having bad lower abdominal pain with back pain. What should I do I fear that it might be a sign of ectopic pregnancy. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated and baby dust to everyone
