Smelly vagina

TMI but I had my c section on December 1st and ever since then my vagina just doesn’t get as clean as it use to and it constantly has a body odor smell to it no matter how much I shower. I’m not even bleeding anymore and the smell just won’t go away. It’s not strong but you can definitely smell it. Before I had the c section I always smelled fresh and never had an issue. I don’t know what to do.
