Discharge??

I’m phoning my doc tommorow but just wanted to see ... had my section 4 weeks ago and my bleeding has stopped but I’m getting large amounts of gooey discharge which I thought was just afters from the bleeding but it’s lasting about a week .. not every time I pee just every so often I’m getting a large amount and it has the strangest smell like it’s not rank it’s smells really sweet actually which is odd reminds me of the stuff they used when examining me ...... what do you think ? Has anyone had this? What is it?
