I am in preterm labor and I know back pain is normal. But for the last two todays I've bern having an aching pain from the middle of my back down to my lower back. it comes and goes like contractions. it feels like a lot of pressure.

with my first I had 17 hours of true back labour- never had a single front contraction. only way I can explain it other could be different is bones in my lower back feel like they are separating and all my muscles in my lower back contract... if you are in early labour send time on all fours baby can still turn off your back
