Lack of a sex drive

You guys.... I am struggling so hard with not having a sex drive. I need to talk to my midwife about it (she's managing my depression meds) but when ever I see her my husband is with me and I'm not comfortable talking about my depression with my husband. Like right now he is folding laundry waiting for me to take a shower and then I know he's expecting sex after. I just feel really terrible about my body and I feel terrible cause I don't want to have sex with him. I don't know what to do.... I can't keep turning him down
