Pain, call the doctor or normal?

Today has been a very stressful day. My dad was rushed to the ER due to him not breathing and his heart stopping. That was a lot emotionally. Well hours later he is okay but since about 6 pm I’ve had persistent lower back pain. I also have pressure and a dull ache in my vagina. I didn’t do anything out of the usual, so I know I didn’t strain myself. But this pain isn’t normal for me. No matter how I lay or turn it hurts. Could it be preterm labor signs or am I just over thinking it?? I’m 33 weeks by the way.
