Anyone else feeling scared??

We did ivf and went for our first scan at five weeks and we saw to little yolk sacs. Too early to hear a heartbeat. We go back for another scan in a week from today and I’m terrified if everything is going to be ok! This is my second pregnancy and I also didn’t have many symptoms with my first so now I’ve only had a few again and I’m worried if babies are ok! I’m trying to think positive however I’m also on progesterone and I’m afraid it might mask a miscarriage or have a vanishing twin or something. Please telling it’s normal to be afraid.
