Nexplanon

Those who have used nexplanon, what are your experiences?

I’ve been on nexplanon for about 5 months now. The doctor told me I would spot for about 6 months and to give myself about a year to adjust to it. I have been bleeding straight for 5 months, had my first real period (with all the fun symptoms) since then this week. Other than that no other symptoms.

I know everyone’s bodies are different and thus people have good and bad experiences but I’d love to hear about your experiences.
