When should your baby room be ready by?

Ladybirds, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and my husband and I are dragging our feet getting the nursery ready.

This gurl wants to nest big time but the room is a guest room currently and we need to sell furniture to make space. I’ve listed stuff online to sell but when it comes to the DIY stuff and heavy lifting, my husband has absolutely no sense of urgency 😐 The baby goods are piling up with no place to pack them out and my anxiety levels are rising!

Realistically, how late is too late to get this room together if I’m planning on a natural delivery (mid-March)?
