Could I Be Pregnant ?!

Hey Guys So I Was Suppose To Start My Period The 9th And I Haven’t Yet. BUT On Friday Night I Took A Take Action Pill Because My Boyfriend Wasn’t Sure If He Pulled Out Quick Enough And So I Took It To Be Safe! My Periods Are Always On Time Never Been Late Until Now. I’ve Also Taken 2 pregnancy tests And They Came Out Negative. Could I Be Late Because Of The Pill Or Could I Be Pregnant? Also I Have An Ultrasound Appointment Tomorrow To Check For Ovarian Cysts If I Am Pregnant, Would They Be Able To Tell In The Ultrasound ? I’m Just Confused 🙃
