positive test

okay...December i took a test which came back positive three days later which would have been january 2 i started bleeding the doctors said it was a early pregnacy miscarriage cause they could not see anything my hcg levels was 100 meaning i had just got pregant. i was told by the doctor that if i kept bleeding i suffered a miscarriage i bled for 6 days off n on. today is tweleve days since i started bleeding and stopped but i still felt like i was pregnant boobs still hurted, nauseous feeling so i decided to take a test this morning n let my finance look at it when he came home from work n it was positive. ur hcg levels are suppose to decrease within 48 hours with mine being so low i was suppose to be at zero and not showing right? i really need help in figuring it out i have made an appointment with the doctor but i want to know for sure before i get my feelings hurt. how would i be able to find out😭😭😭😭😭
